THE COVERUP

The perfect coverup for Fall is the army jacket. Needless to say, I would not recommend going out with just bare legs at this point in time – these photos are the remains of New York Fashion Week last September – but you get a good idea of the style I’m going for. Bare legs or not.

For example, you can easily swap the denim shorts for some rough hemmed full length jeans. Add a fine knit on top of your basic white t-shirt, or a simple turtleneck will do the job. Basically when you wear an army jacket with a little statement added to it, you can keep the rest pretty simple – actually, the more simple, the better. Of course, it wouldn’t be really me if I wouldn’t have put a funky pair of shoes to it, some good bracelets, AND a proper bag. You can’t really go wrong with a look like this. Bare legs or not.

Ps. I miss my pink hair…
