I’ve been talking about my Fall favorites, and one of them was my bomber jacket. Next to this I’ve been heavily investing in knit- and footwear. I know I’m a spoiled girl when it comes to shoes, but a pair of block heel loafers were still missing.
There’s something about this bag… It’s shiny, wildly embellished, and not at all something I would normally go for. But it caught my eye at the Furla showroom, and I’m secretly thinking about it ever since…
IT’S WEEKEND, so it’s time for a new favorite spot of mine. As a huge pizza lover, I’ve tried almost every pizza place in our new neighborhood. And after much consideration I can say that Two Boots in the West Village is definitely my go-to for a lunch slice. Cheap, fresh, and exceptional combinations, with even more exciting names. Moreover, when I was re-watching Sex and the City for the tenth time or so, and saw Miranda and Carry get a slice after the memorable evening in the “raw” restaurant – where Samantha meets her Smith – I knew it was the place to be (wink wink).
I think my favorite show during New York Fashion Week was Michael Kors, and I was wearing one of my favorite looks to this show too: A dress coming straight of the Baum und Pferdgarten Spring 15 runway, my painful but oh so beautiful Celine sandals, and the usual Chanel Boy. The pink hair might have been faded by now – and with a little help of my new colorist Aura – but the memories of a great last day of my very first NYFW is still fresh in my memory!
Three weeks ago I went for a hair-consult to my new hairdresser in the Meat Packing district and we made a plan. However, I could only get my hair done the week after NYFW earliest. Sh*t! Obviously I didn’t agree with my big roots – neither did at least half of you – so I had to do something radical… Something to drawn the attention away from the roots… And ever since I made my hair platinum I wanted to do something like lilac or grey, maybe even a pastel pink. Yet I never had the balls to do it. But when “worse comes to worst” you grow balls…
