My favorite print this summer is definitely Chloe’s flower power print. I must admit I initially fell for the brown/nude version, but the style of this top was simply irresistible, so I splurged. I dressed it quite feminine with the navy cigaret-pants, but I could totally see myself with this top, and the color-coordinated skirt or a pair of flared jeans, and platform sandals. I say, let’s all add a little flower power to our wardrobes this summer, it’s been cold too long, and this will instantly add some heat…
We all have our routines and we love them. We thrive by them. For me, routines are vital and if they continually slip—especially now that I have a family to look after—I get stressed, depressed, and unhappy. It’s simply impossible to have a full-time job and be a mother if I don’t follow our happy military family routine.
With a gloomy start of the week, I look back at these images and almost can’t believe how hot it’s already been in New York. It’s crazy how the temperatures go up and down all the time. Without any doubt, themost coveted bag this Spring/Summer: The Chanel Gabrielle bag. And I feel like the luckiest gal in the world for being able to wear them. You’ve probably seen me with that cute the little cross-body bag I have in black/white, but the nude/black backpack has not had its spotlight it deserves. Well, here it is. In the most beautiful natural spotlight I could have asked for…
Pink seems a returning thing on THEFASHIONGUITAR.com lately, which is funny, because not long ago, I didn’t really see myself as the girl who would wear pink, at all. I guess it all comes down – as usual – to the perfect tone, the right piece, and other factors that make a look feel good. In this case, though, it was the skirt that pulled me in, and I just needed something long, preferably a knit, to wear on top of it. My favorite casual attire, as we all know by now.
