We all know I am not big on colours. As much as I like the idea of wearing colors, especially after seeing colorful looks on other women, I always find myself coming home with the standards: Black, grey, and white. Yet, when I do take a wild spin and come home or have delivered a ‘colorful’ piece, I end up wearing it once, maybe twice only…

So what is it that duo Ostwald Helgason who know exceptionally well how to combine a full palet of colors and prints – yes it’s a duo by the way, but I made it look like it was only one guy, no offence Susanne Ostwald and Ingvar Helgason – does that makes me so much into their designs, and feeds my desire to wear colors? What is it that I am so drawn to in their collections, over and over again? You wouldn’t argue that their collections are very me,on the contrary, it’s not at all me! I mean, the exceptions in their collections, for example the grey sweaters with poets printed on it, make it kind of understandable that I like his work, but seriously, those skater skirts in pink and burgundy thick silk, or green and orange shorts… you would never in the world see me wear that, wouldn’t you? No, you would never see me for that kind of gal. Yet, I am dreaming of wearing his past, current, and Spring/Summer 2014 collections in full frame. Like an all-Ostwald Helgason. Though, to be completely honest with you, I loved their previous two collections a tiny bit more than this one…

Oh, wait! Did I wear an all-Ostwald Helgason with my big baby bump today? Yes, and with compliments of the designer himself, literally (I only spoke with Ingvar). I will show you my first London Fashion Week look very soon… Now I am off to bed to load my battery for tomorrow’s very full day 2!
