These are the moments where I learn how to pause. How to show myself a little more love. A reset button, therapy, a moment for me… So when I got invited to come to what the #ForbesTravelGuide calls “Mexico’s Best Spa” I knew I had to go 🌺 Tucked away in the Esencia gardens, housed under traditional palapa thatched roofs, and designed to echo principles of sacred Mayan geometry and circular patterns, their philosophy integrates hallmarks of modern wellbeing with ancient customs of cultivating beauty, balance, and peace... this is truly the most amazing spa experiences I have ever had, it indulged all my senses, it calmed me and brought me back to myself. Actually… it’s 8pm in Mexico, it is not my birthday, and I just got back from the new world famous spa at @hotelesencia after having had the most amazing coffee scrub and 90 minutes massage where I fell asleep. I am ready for dinner in my new dress, and decided that despite the many cute shoes I brought, barefoot is the way to go 🌺 #HotelEsencia #EsenciaSpa #LuxuryTravel
